Adeline Yap is the Founder of Aphelion Wealth Advisory, a local financial planning agency. Aphelion majoring in talent search to unleash their potential as well as bringing the best orthodox financial value to everyone.
Adeline Yap joined the insurance industry since 2000. She was an agent for 10 years and promoted to be a manager till now. She very passionate about this career even though it has been over after 22 years. She uphold her beliefs on this career with “believe first then see” mindset.
She met Gordon who is her personal life coach and also business coach since 2012. Adeline have adopted all his trainings and systems in agency building. In recent years, she had shared her career and family growth in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan which benefitted with Gordon coaching. Gordon’s empowered great values in his training and coaching which made Adeline more competence and confidence to be a leader – manager.
Over these 22 years, Adeline had won numerous personal awards. In her leadership, Aphelion Team also break through the mark of Million Dollar Agency and was produced many MDRTs (Million Dollar Round Table) members .
Adeline strongly believe that many of the industry talents are badly affected by this reality as they are not able to cope up with the new era without having proper training system. Do you agree?
